Claymores Soccer Club   Day Three by Stuart Jackson (Stuubs) On Wednesday in Aberdeen we woke at 7:00 am to run a mile and a half. We had to also wake up on Tuesday to run but on that day I had a lot of trouble running. Wednesday I felt a lot better. Next we took a light shower and went to breakfast. In the late morning we played 5 a side against our own team and the South Africans (old Bens). My team Claymores a beat Claymores B 2-1 and I even played goalie for a bit. We lost 1-0 to the South Africans. As soon as we were done we watched Nichole's German team play, but they lost 2-1. During the game the South Africans cheered and chanted as they usually do! Later for Lunch we went to a pub called Brig o'Don. I ordered a cheeseburger because it was cheap. Spongebob ordered a little Haggis and I tried some; surprisingly, it was really good! Our game then started at 4:30 PM against Cove BC. We played really badly in the first half. Tyler really screwed the Pooch on a bicycle Kick! Later in the game I got kicked in the back and it left cleat mark on my back. Also I got a sweet ball print on my stomach. Later Tyler and I emailed my sister, however she was not home. It was still a good day!
